Outlook Express v5.0
The following steps will walk you through setting up your e-mail account
using Outlook Express. If you experience problems or have any questions, please
do not hesitate to contact us at (715) 345-2391.
- Open Outlook Express, either through the icon on your desktop or through
the Start Menu.
- Select Tools and go to Accounts.
- Click on Add -> Choose Mail...
- Enter the name you want to display when sending an Email in the
Display name: field. For example: John Smith.
- Click Next >
- In the next window enter in your Email address:.
Your Email is your login followed by @msworldnet.com.
For example: If your login was john, your email would be
john@msworldnet.com.
- Click Next >
- Choose POP3 as the incoming mail server type.
Specify mail.msworldnet.com
as the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:.
Specify smtp.msworldnet.com
as the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:.
- Click Next >
- Enter in your login and password
- Click Next >
- Click Finish
- Click Close to close the Internet Accounts window.
- Repeat for any additional Emails you may have
- You're Finished!!! Click on the Send and Receive
button (while connected to the Internet) to send any queued
messages and retrieve new messages.
