MSWorldNet Inc. was formed on November 26, 2001 by three share holders:
- Jerry Piesik, President
- George Heeres III, Vice President / Secretary
- Brian Piesik, Treasurer
Together, we purchased the Internet Service Provider (ISP) from Mid-State Technology & Web Services
(Mid-State World Net). Based on the foundation and groundwork they laid, we are continuing to add and
improve services for you, our customers!
